Aa.com May we still fly with our 13 pound dog in a carry on container?

from what i can see, yes but there is a size limit on the kennel/crate they are in. and they can't be removed from the crate during the flight. There is something about the age of the pet (which doesnt make sense to me, so i would suggest calling them)
