I have a litter of 4 kittens whose mother got hit, they were without thier mom for 2 days before I could find them. We have had them for 2 days now and started off by bottle feeding them, they are now drinking from a mother cat who has 1 kitten of her own. We are feeding her a special diet to compensate for feeding extra kittens. Is there anything else we can do for them, I have bottle fed kittens before but was never able to find a "foster" mom. They look to be about 4 weeks old maybe...I'm not to good at judging age.

Sounds like you're doing everything that you can do. It's great they they now have a foster mom and can receive the nutrients they need to survive and become stronger. Keep up with the feedings and if at all possible, make an appointment with a local Vet and just ensure that they are healthy.
Go to the cats section, not the dogs.
Sounds like a great situation, and a great start for the babies.
You lucked out finding a foster mom, her milk is better than formula. She's better able to give them the care they need as well (no 3 am feedings for you).
I think they will be just fine.
It sounds to me you are doing everything possible already, keep an eye open for any losing weight is all that you can do, i recently took on 2 tabby kittens, 2 sisters, 1 was quite a bit more dominant than the other and the less dominant one lost a lot of weight very rapidly, now we feed her seperate and she is coming along nicely, she may of been the runt of the litter but now she is flourishing.
In tandem with proving the foster mom with a special diet you could supplement the kittens directly with bottle feeding replacement kitten milk.
If the foster mom is getting an adequate diet, feeding the extra kittens shouldn't be a big deal at all, and her milk is much better than formula. Just make sure she is getting plenty of supplements and she'll be fine. If she only has one kitten of her own, then the extra load won't hurt her. It sounds like all is well, and you don't need to worry!
I don't have any experience of this but I'm a cat lover and I just wanted to say what a wonderful person you must be to have found them and to look after them...lucky kittens!
