Any one no where i could get a cheap pug or any dog?

Answers:
petfinder.com

you can search for pets at shelters in your area, by breed, sex, age, etc.

I found my dog that way and you usually just have to pay a small fee which usually covers the dogs medical bills, which you'd have to do on your own otherwise.

GOOD LUCK!
Try the dog pound or humane shelter. There are lots of dogs needing the loving home you have to offer.
www.craigslist.com - I've seen ads giving away their pets for free.
Check at your local animal shelter, and provide a loving home to an "angel"in need
The local humane society/animal shelter. You'll find plenty there that want a good home a person of their own. : )
SHELTERS!! You will be saving a life and getting a great addition to the family.petfinder.com!!!
humane society. you could find pure bred, but a mixed dog will live longer because of less interbreeding (genetic diseases less likely) and will be one of a kind! usually they will fix the dog for free as well.
Where do you live? Look online for "animal rescue." They sell/give away the dogs that they take away from other people... lots of puppies.
try your local shelter or SPCA
Well, no offense, but your intentions seem a little off to me. Someone looking for the cheapest dog they can find doesn't sound like someone who has thought it through too much. If you can't afford to buy a dog, you won't be able to afford to care for the dog. They are very expensive, especially if they get sick. Regardless, there are all kinds of things you'll need to buy, and shots to get etc.

There are lots of dogs that are free or cheap, but they are usually in that situation of being unwanted and homeless because irresponsible people don't think before they get them, and end up getting rid of them, so you may save a life buy going to a shelter for a cheap dog, but you may also later give him up.

You have to be prepared to commit the next 10 + years to raising this dog. They are a life long commitment, not a passing phase that you can discard of when you get overwhelmed. Make sure you put a lot of thought into the breed of the dog you get so that it will fit in with your lifestyle, and that you get a dog of the appropriate age. You may think puppies are cuter, but a slightly older dog usually comes pre-trained, and with all it's shots, so it is definately worth it to look at full grown dogs.
I got my Bischon at a Humane center where I live, it's a non kill center and I paid $75 for her. It is worth it. She got her first shot's and was de-wormed, as a precaution. These places are good places to get pets, because their liveliness depends on peoples generosity. I have seen and heard the horror stories about places that destroy pets because they are simply to old and not cute enough. Those same places let animals lay on cold concrete and never bathe the animals. So before you consider a $500 animal, consider your options.
I got my pug from a pug rescue place. It was a lot cheaper than a normal breeder, plus those pugs need a good home! Please look into this!
