Any homemade shampoos for Ticks for dogs?

Puppies keep getting them I am in the process of treating the yard
Answers:
Buy borax from the laundry section of the supermarket and sprinkle all over your yard. You could also use borax while washing your dog, but rinse well so he can't lick it. Pick off any fleas and drop them in a bottle of alcohol. Then get Frontline. It works better than any other product available. All fleas and ticks will be gone within 24 hours.
all your dogs should be on a monthly tick/flea preventative. collars and shampoos are not enough, and there is no home remedy.

get some Frontline Plus from your vet or petshop and treat your dogs properly.
it will kill all fleas, their eggs AND ticks. It can be used on pups over 8 weeks old.
.
Ditch the shampoo idea %26 go with Frontline Plus

Diseases.. realy bad ones can come from ticks.. glad you are treating your yard
